I am still thinking that a wind turbine is the way to go. I like the look of the Ropatec turbines. The amount of down time that we would have would be related to the size of the battery bank that we could put on the tower. We would need to consider carefully where it would go. The less turbulence in the flow the better, the higher the better, but we can't interfere with the flow of wind around the wind instrument.
